Dependency feature with id 20477d83-8bdb-414e-964b-080637f7d99b for feature 'BaseWebApplication' is not installed

Few searches revealed that this id is corresponding to Publishing Timer Jobs. To install the feature, run the following command:

stsadm -o installfeature -name PublishingTimerJobs
